针对导弹等飞行器在研发与测试时需要模拟各种控制和测量参数,提出基于USB接口的外系统等效器的设计与实现,本设计采用USB接口FT245RL实现等效器与上位机的通信,FPGA作为系统的总线控制器和主控单元协议等效器各个模块完成模拟测试等任务。从主控模块分别与上位机和各功能子模块通信的硬件电路设计及软件设计等方面对该等效器的设计进行系统化描述,结果表明,设计实时性好,可靠性高,具有广泛的实用性与通用性,已成功运用于某型号等效器测试系统中。
According to Telemetry bomb and carrier rocket in the development,test process needs the equipment to simulate all kinds of control and measurement parameters for External System,then brings forward a design of the Equivalent device of External System based on USB interface.The communication between host computer software and the equivalent device used FT245RL interface which is an USB protocol chip.FPGA,the bus controller and the main control unit of the system,controlled each module of Equivalent device to complete some tasks such as simulation and test.This paper describes systematically the Equivalent device from some aspects of the hardware circuit design and software design that the main control module comunicated with PC and various functional sub-module respectively.The results show that the design has good real-time and high reliability,with a wide range of practicality and versatility,and has been successfully applied to the test system of a particular model equivalent.
