Normal students went to listen to and watch teachers in nearby middle schools and qualified teachers instructed and helped them how to teach.Through these activities,students delved into the ways to effectively improve normal students＇ teaching professional qualification and comprehensive ability to meet the demands of the New Curricum Reform and become more capable of their career.The investigation shows that normal students expected a lot of the teaching probation and they have achieved a big success.They encountered some difficulties in the process.There are varied factors which affect the effect of probation.The most obvious is the lack of professional qualification and according instruction.On the basis of above,combined related talking and documental materials and made a summary,furthermore,we also have given our own thoughts on it.
