目的建立液质联用同时测定癌痛平乙醇提取物中10种化学成分的方法。方法化学成分定性分析采用UPLC-ESIQ-TOF-MS技术,色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),梯度洗脱(流动相:乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液);质谱使用ESI离子源,正离子模式下采集数据。结果鉴定出癌痛平乙醇提取物中10种成分,分别为重楼皂苷Ⅰ、-蜕皮激素、胡椒碱、胡萝卜苷、异夏佛托苷、重楼皂苷Ⅵ、棕榈酸、竹节参苷Ⅳa甲酯、3-乙酰基?α?乳香酸和重楼皂苷Ⅱ等。结论采用液质联用技术鉴定癌痛平复方中化学成分,该方法快速简便,结果可靠,有利于研究癌痛平复方中化学成分。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous analysis of ten components in Ai-Tong-Ping ethanol extract by using LC-MS/MS.METHODS UPLC-ESI-Q-TOF-MS was used for qualitative analysis of chemical components and LCMS/MS ZORBAX SB-C18 chromatographic column(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)was used for chemical composition analysis with acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid solution as mobile phase.ESI ion source was applied for mass spectrometry,and the data was collected under the positive ion mode.RESULTS Ten chemical components(Chonglou saponinⅠ,bate-ecdysteroid,piperine,daucosterol,isoschaftoside,Chonglou soponin Ⅵ,palmitic acid,chikusetsusaponin Ⅳ a methyl ester,bate-sitosterol and Chonglou saponinⅡ)were identified in the ethanol extract of Ai-Tong-Ping.CONCLUSION This method is convenient,rapid and accurate for the chemical components analysis of Ai-Tong-Ping.
