为找出轧机主传动装置不同工况所产生的动力学行为及其应力变化规律和对传动装置不同零部件的影响,以UR轧机为研究对象,确定UR轧机主传动齿轮座约束变化对其传动系统关键零部件影响的仿真分析,用SolidWorks软件对轧机整体建模,再进行ANSYS有限元分析,并结合理论分析找出主传动装置应力变化规律。结果表明:万向节叉头和轧辊处存在应力传递不均匀现象,易导致零件的破坏。主传动装置的有限元分析为轧机的改进与优化提供理论参考。
In order to find out the dynamic behavior of the main drive device of rolling mill in different conditions and the law of the stress change and the influence on the other parts in the drive system, taking UR rolling mill's main drive device as research object, the influence of constraint change of the main drive gear seat in UR rolling mill on the key components of the transmission system was simulated and analyzed by SolidWorks software, using ANSYS software to overall model for the rolling mill to find out the stress variation law of the main drive device. The results show that the stress transfer in the universal joint and roll is not uniform, easily lead to damage of parts. The finite element analysis of the main drive system provides a theoretical reference for the improvement and optimization of rolling mill.
