采用Aspen Plus软件对GSP干粉煤气化系统进行建模模拟,并运用理论对其进行热力学分析;并用灵敏度分析工具探讨了氧煤比和蒸汽煤比两个操作参数对气化工艺的影响。结果表明:GSP干粉煤气化的冷煤气效率为79.39%,效率为84.04%;氧煤比对有效合成气组分(CO、H2和CH4)的摩尔分数、冷煤气效率和?效率影响均较大,而蒸汽煤比对其影响却很小。
Software Aspen Plus is used in modeling and simulation of GSP pulverized coal gasification system and exergy theory is used in thermodynamic analysis on the system. The influence on the gasification technique of two parameters(oxygen-coal ratio and steam-coal ratio) is studied with sensitivity analysis tools. The results show that cold gas efficiency of GSP pulverized coal gasification is 79.39% and exergy efficiency 84.04%. In addition, the oxygen-coal ratio has a greater effect on mole fraction of effective syngas(CO、H2and CH4), the cold gas efficiency, and the exergy efficiency, while the steam-coal ratio has a smaller effect.
