以南京市压缩机厂地块更新改造项目为例,从技术方法层面,基于科学评估提出工业遗产再生的技术途径与策略,形成“基于价值评估确定构思与策略、基于资源评估确定建筑保留抑或拆除、基于潜力评估确定遗产利用方式”等系列技术流程与方法,并在此系统化评估技术路线指导下实现工业历史地段的有机更新与工业建筑遗产的活化再生。
With the case study of revitalization of the site of Nanjing Compressor Factory, this paper discusses the strategies of regeneration and adaptive-reuse of industrial heritage based on scientific evaluation. It establishes a series of technical processes and methods such as "planning and conception based on value evaluation; building demolition based on resource evaluation; revitalization based on adaptive reuse potential evaluation" , etc. In this way, industrial heritage revitalization could be more accurate and efficient.
