为研究传统木构建筑中螺栓拼合木梁修缮方法的可靠性,对螺栓拼合木梁的受力性能进行研究。基于传统木构建筑修缮中的螺栓拼合作法,对螺栓拼合三架梁模型、螺栓拼合五架梁模型、螺栓拼合檩条模型进行了力学分析,得到3种类型拼合梁的中性层位置及梁受弯时的危险点位置,用材料力学方法推导出这3种螺栓拼合木梁的极限弯矩、螺栓剪力和轴力的计算公式,并利用ANSYS有限元软件进行模拟分析,有限元分析结果与理论分析结果较吻合。研究成果可为传统木构建筑螺栓拼合木梁受力计算时参考。
In order to study the reliability of repairing method of timber beams stitched with bolts in Chinese traditional timber structures, the research on mechanism of timber beams stitched with bolts was carried out. Structural mechanism of 3-purlin beam model, 5-purlin beam model and purlin member model were analyzed based on the traditional repairing method of timber beams stitched with bolts. The position of neutral layers and dangerous points were obtained. The calculation formulae of the shear force, axial force of bolts, and the ultimate bending moment were proposed using material mechanics method. In the end,finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the structural performance of three types of stitching beam models, and the finite element analysis results were in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. The research results can provide reference for the capacity calculation of stitching timber beams in traditional timber buildings.
