利用超声测试装置连续追踪桐油–石灰传统灰浆的早期结构形成过程,并通过X射线衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜分析了桐油–石灰传统灰浆碳化过程中反应产物的种类、数量与组织形貌。结果表明:有机物桐油的掺入加快了石灰浆体的早期结构形成;桐油对碳化反应生成碳酸钙晶体的生长有明显调控作用,桐油限制了碳酸钙的结晶度,晶体尺度小,结构更加致密。
Continuous observation of the early stage of microstructure formation of mortar bonding materials at room temperature was conducted using an ultrasonic monitoring apparatus. Mechanism of interaction between the key components of ancient mortar bonding materials was analyzed via X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that Tung oil can accelerate the formation of microstructure at early stage, and plays a role of biological templates, which regulates the growth of calcium carbon-ate crystal and leads to the smaller particle size and the more compact structure.
