从战略视角出发,应用资源基础观理论对企业工艺创新能力的形成和演化进行分析,指出企业从工艺创新的优势资源中获得的工艺创新能力是与企业的竞争优势和技术创新战略紧密相连的。根据平衡计分卡方法,提出企业工艺创新能力的财务维度、客户维度、内部流程维度和学习与成长维度的评价体系。

英文摘要：

Evaluation and promotion of the capability of process innovation in enterprises serves for the strategic targets of the enterprises.Based on resources view,this paper analyzes the formation and evolution of capability of process innovation.It is concluded that the capability of process innovation is obtained from the advantageous resources of process innovation in the firm.There is close relationship between the capability of process innovation and the competition advantage as well as the technical innovation strategy.The evaluation system that includes financial,customer,internal business processes and learning and growth perspective is offered based on balanced score card.
