在知识管理的视角下,分析了制造业企业工艺创新过程要素,基于识别后的过程要素,构建了基于知识管理的制造业企业工艺创新过程螺旋模型,最后以格力电器为实证分析对象,对其工艺创新过程中的知识管理情况进行分析。研究结果表明:制造业企业工艺创新过程包含2个核心要素,知识特性和知识节点特性;在工艺创新过程中,工艺创新知识在工艺创新的5个阶段和阶段内知识管理的4个过程中螺旋递增和上升,在一定跃迁临界值的制约下进行工艺创新活动;格力电器对工艺创新过程进行了针对性的知识管理,提高了其工艺创新能力,并为保持其制造方面的优势提供了支持。
Improving knowledge management ability of process of process innovation in manufacturing enterprise and its process innovation ability provides support to form the core competitive advantages for manufacturing enterprise.Using the perspective of knowledge management,we analyze the elements of process of process innovation in manufacturing enterprise based on process elements after recognition and knowledge management,and construct the spiral model of process of process innovation in manufacturing enterprise.We then use Gree Electric Appliances for empirical analysis,and analyze knowledge management situation in process of process innovation.The results show that manufacturing enterprise process of process innovation consists of two core elements: i.e.,knowledge characteristics and knowledge node properties.In the process of process innovation,knowledge of process innovation increase progressively and spirally rises in five stages of process innovation and four processes of knowledge management,and process innovation activities are performed under the control of critical value of certain transition.Gree Electric Appliances carried out specific knowledge management in the process of process innovation,improved the process innovation ability,and supported it to maintain its competitive advantages.
