通过分析知识管理在制造业企业自主创新的探索阶段、开发评估阶段、执行阶段所产生的作用和影响,以及自主创新对制造业企业业务流程中对原有的知识积累管理、知识应用管理、知识评估管理带来新的变化和不同,对我国制造业企业自主创新与知识管理的互动过程进行了研究。从两者的正、负协同效应两个方面对制造业企业中两者的互动协同机制进行综合分析,并在此基础上为提升我国制造业实现自主创新与知识管理的正协同效用提供参考意见。
英文摘要：
This article studied the interaction process of independent innovation and knowledge management in manufacturing companies through analyzing the effects of the latter on the different stages of independent innovation and researching into the way the independent innovation influences manufacturing companies＇ knowledge management process.Based on the interaction process,this thesis also presented a comprehensive analysis of the interactive mechanism from both positive and negative perspectives,thus provided a references to improve both independent innovation and knowledge management in manufacturing companies in a positive way.
