从技术、组织、环境三个维度提出了技术资源配置、技术认知、技术人才、组织战略、高管团队、政策环境、市场环境、科技环境对制造业企业信息化与工艺创新互动关系的影响假设。结合216家制造业企业的调研数据,运用回归分析法对所提假设进行检验,验证了各因素对制造业企业信息化与工艺创新互动关系的影响。
英文摘要：
Based on the Technology - Organization - Environment dimension, hypotheses on how factors including tech-nological resource allocation, technological recognizing, technological personnel, organization strategy, top management team, policy environment, market environment, and technology environment influence the interactive relationship of informatization and process innovation were proposed. The empirical study was processed with data from 216 manufacturing enterprises in China, using Regression Method. The results testified the facilitation of the influencing factors on the interactive relationship of iuformatization and process innovation.
