创新动力是企业自主创新的引擎,同时也是企业自主创新得以成功实现的有力保障。通过对国内外相关文献的整理分析,将自主创新与具体产业——制造业相结合,根据我国制造业发展的实际,通过分析我国制造业企业自主创新的内部动力因素和外部动力因素,构建了内部驱动力引擎模型以及外部的自主创新的科学技术推动模式、自主创新的市场需求拉动模式、自主创新的政府支持模式;采用物理学中力的图示来阐释制造业企业自主创新内外部动力耦合机制运行;并为提升我国制造业企业自主创新动力机制提出对策建议,以期为我国制造业企业的全面发展、综合国力的提升提供有价值的参考。
Innovation dynamic is not only the engine of independent innovation in enterprises, but also a guarantee for successful independent innovation. This paper firstly analyzed pertinent literature at home and abroad, and combined independent innovation with manufacturing industry. According to the current situation of manufacturing industry in China and based on elements analysis of both internal and external dynamics, this thesis constructed Internal Thrust Engine Model, Scientific Technology Push Model, Market Demand Pull Model and Government Support Model of independent innovation. Force diagrams of physics were used to illustrate both internal and external dynamic coupling mechanisms of manufacturing enterprises' independent innovation. Countermeasures and sugges-tions were also brought forward to provide related reference to promote the manufacturing enterprises' comprehensive development and the comprehensive national power of China.
