热休克蛋白(heat shock protein,HSP)家族作为分子伴侣在细胞生长、发育、分化、蛋白质合成、基因转录等多方面发挥重要作用,近年来发现其与慢性气道炎症也密切相关,其中又以HSP70作用最为突出而成为研究的热点。HSP70不仅存在于细胞内,也可作为分泌型蛋白被分泌至细胞外与相应受体结合,上调白介素(inter-leukin,IL)-1β,IL-6,IL-8,肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)等炎症介质表达,导致气道炎症反应、黏液高分泌等病理改变。同时HSP70也参与气道黏蛋白的分泌过程,因此了解HSP70在气道慢性炎症中的作用,将为气道慢性炎症性疾病提供新的治疗方向。
As chaperons,the heat shock protein (HSP) family plays an important role in cell growth,development,differentiation,protein synthesis,genetic transcription,etc.Recently,HSP,particularly HSP70,has been found to be closely relevant to chronic inflammation of airway and therefore it is attracted great attention.HSP70 not only exists in cells but also can be secreted by cells.Through binding to the receptor,it up-regulates the expression of inflammation mediators such as interleukin (IL)-1,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α,which in turn leads to inflammation response and mucous hypersecretion.HSP70 also participates in the secreting process of mucin in airway.So further understanding the role of HSP70 in airway chronic inflammation may help to find a novel therapeutic approach for treating chronic airway diseases.
