从当前产学研合作表现出的网络特征和共生特征出发，在深入分析产学研合作共生现象的基础上，认为扩展的Logistic模型可以反映其共生关系中最重要的质参量兼容原理。以5种基本的共生行为为主线，将产学研合作共生现象分成15类。在分别考察其权重性、方向性和稳定性的基础上，提出了一种可用于构建产学研共生关系有向加权复杂网络的方法。

In this paper, we start from the network and symbiotic characteristics of the cooperations between in- dustry, universities and research institutions, and consider the extended Logistic model to be a essential reflection of the formost compatibility principle of quality parameter compatibility in symbiosis based on the deeply analysis of the symbiosis in industry-university-research cooperation. And then take the 5 kinds of fundamental symbiotical behavior as mainline; we classify the symbiosis in industry-university-research cooperation into 15 categories. At last, based on the study of the weight, direction and stability of each category, we put forward a method to con- struct the symbiosis network to describe the cooperations between industry, universities and research institutions, which may be meaningful for the further study of the mechanism and goverance of the symbiosis in industry-uni- versity-research cooperation
