目的观察益气养阴解郁汤治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜痛变的临床疗效。方法治疗组采用益气养阴解都汤治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变30例60只眼，并设羟苯磺酸钙分散片对照组30例60只眼，疗程10周，观察二组中医临床症状积分，临床疗效，视力及眼底检查对比分析。结果二组均能明显的改善患者的中医证候，对单个症状的改善治疗组明显优于对照组；二组均能提高视力，但治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）；治疗组显效19例，有效7例，无效4例，总有效率86．7％；对照组显效5例，有效9例，无效16例，总有效率46．7％，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论益气养阴解郁汤可以改善非增殖期DR患者的临床症状，促进眼底渗出、出血的吸收，提高视力的疗效肯定，且未发现局部和全身不良反应，安全可靠。

英文摘要：

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqiyangyinjieyu Decoction in treating non- proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Methods Total 60 patients of non- proliferative diabetic retinopathy were observed in which 30 cases, 60 eyes in the treatment group using Yiqiyangyinjieyu Decoction and 30 cases, 60 eyes in the control group using Calcium dobesilate dispersible tablets, followed up 10 weeks. The TCM clinical symptom scores, clinical efficacy, eyesight, comparative analysis of the eye fundus by fundus fluo- rescein angiography were calculated and analyzed. Results There was a significant improvement of the TCM syndromes in two groups, the improvement of individual symptoms of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group. The vision was improved in two groups, but the vision in treatment group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Among the 30 cases in treatment group, 19 cases were improved markedly, 7 cases showed certain improvement and 4 casts were invalidity, the total effective rate was 90% ; but in the control group, 5 cases were markedly effective, 9 cases showed certain improvement and 12 cases were of invalidity, the total effective rate was 46.7%, it was significantly better in the treatment group than the control group. Conclusions Yiqiyangyinjieyu Decoction is effective, safe and reliable in treating nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy. It can promote absorption of subhyaloid hemorrhage or exudate, enhance vision and improve visual function.
