促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRH-a）是人工合成的GnRH衍生物,通过与垂体的GnRH受体结合可抑制垂体和卵巢功能,从而抑制垂体和卵巢性激素的分泌达降调节作用。目前,GnRH-a在临床中应用较广,对女性患者主要应用于肿瘤性疾病、子宫内膜异位症、不孕症、辅助生育技术中的促排卵、中枢性性早熟以及在化疗前或化疗同时应用以保护患者的卵巢功能。该文就GnRH-a在女性患者中的临床应用进展予以综述。

Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist（GnRH agonist,GnRH-A） is a synthetic peptide,it combined pituitary GnRH receptor to inhibit pituitary and ovarian function to reduce the release of the pituitary hormones and ovarian sex hormone.GnRH-As are widely applied in clinical,and fields in women diseases are： tumors,endometriosis,infertility,assisted reproduction,central precocious puberty,ovarian protection before or during chemotherapy.Here is to make a review of the clinical application progress of GnRH-A in female patients.
