针对分形视频压缩技术的编码时间过长且主要消耗在视频帧内各部分之间匹配过程的问题,引入WebService分布式技术,提出一种基于Web Service的分形视频压缩并行算法.实验结果表明,与传统的分形视频压缩技术相比,该方法在相同的视频恢复质量下,能够大幅度地缩短压缩时间,得到较高的加速比.
英文摘要：
Fractal video compression is based on fractal still image compression with a high compression ratio,but it suffers from long encoding time,which restricts its studies and applications.Most of the time to encode a video is spent on self-similarity match process of video sequence.Therefore,this paper puts forward a new compression algorithm,which is called fractal video compression parallel algorithm based on Web Service.The experiments show this algorithm can considerably reduce the compression time and achieve a high speedup while having the same video image＇s restorative quality.
