This paper elaborates the concept, type and principle of link load-balancing, mainly studies the application of outbound link load-balancing technology to the specified equipment made by Cisco Company, the most advanced network solution supplier, analyzes the framework of the particularity of Cisco outbound link load- balancing and equipment deployment and the working principle, and uses experiments to demonstrate that Ciseo outbound link load-balancing technology can implement traffic classification and traffic management according to the feature of business messages, aiming to improve overall performance of the network.
