Visionary leadership is playing an important role in the sustainable development of enterprises, and its main task is to achieve the successful transformation from sole visionary to the company visionary; upon this we have developed a five - stage modal. In the mean time, the paper also demonstrated the four keys to the formation of visionary leadership, including leader＇ s trait, follower＇s attitude, leader - member exchange and enterprise culture.
