工作家庭冲突双向性包括工作干涉家庭(WIF)和家庭干涉工作(FIW)两个相反方向的冲突类型。以234份有效样本为依据,实证研究发现:工作干涉家庭和家庭干涉工作均与工作满意度、离职倾向存在显著相关关系;工作满意度在工作家庭冲突双向性与离职倾向的关系中起部分中介效应。最后,分别从组织、家庭和个人角度提出了有效避免工作家庭冲突双向性升级的管理策略。
Bidirectional conflict can be divided into work interference with family (WIF) and family interference with work (FIW). On the basis of 234 valid samples, the empirical result shows that: they have a significant correlation between work interference with family and family interference with work and job satisfaction and turnover intention; job satisfaction plays a partial mediating role between bidirectional of work and family conflict and turnover intention. Finally, this paper puts for- ward effective management strategies of avoiding the escalation of bidirectional of work and family conflict from the view of organization, family and individual respectively.
