技术发明和创新的核心是解决实际中存在的冲突问题.作为发明创造理论TRIZ的主要创新工具,技术冲突分析方法是最简单也是应用最为普及的方法之一.针对TRIZ冲突矩阵实际应用中存在的若干问题,在分析冲突矩阵基本概念、形成机理、求解过程及求解本质的基础上,借助统计分析和聚类分析技术,提出了一种针对各种非标准冲突问题的快速求解方法,给出了利用该方法进行产品创新设计的一般模式及流程,并借助实例验证了这种创新设计方法的可行性.
Conflict problem solving is the core of technical invention and innovation.As the main invention tool of innovation theory TRIZ,technology conflict analysis method is one of the most simple and popular application methods.Several problems in actual application of TRIZ contradiction matrix are researched,with the analysis of basic concepts,formation mechanism,solving process and basic principle of standard technical conflict resolution method,and by means of statistical analysis and clustering analysis,a rapid solving method of non-standard conflict is put forward,and the general model with this method for the innovative design is provided,and with the aid of an example,the feasibility of this kind of innovation design pattern is verified.
