绿色设计是可持续发展在现代产品设计中的体现,再制造工程作为绿色设计的重要组成部分,对于构建节能社会,实现可持续发展的目标具有重要的意义.以混凝土泵车为具体研究对象,运用高层次的创新理论——TRIZ理论对混凝土泵车在再制造过程中遇到的实际工程问题进行了分析,并对泵送系统中砼活塞的自动退出进行了创新设计,提出最终解决方案,提高了产品的可拆卸性、可维修性.所以说,合理的运用TRIZ理论的分析工具可以有效地得到更高层次的创新方案.
Green design is the embodiment of sustainable development in modern product design. As an important part of the green design, remanufacture engineering plays an important role in the construction of energy-saving society and the achievement of sustainable development. It regards the concrete pump truck as a specific object of study, analyzing and solving the problem of concrete piston's auto--exit in the process of the remanufacture engineering with the high level of innovation theory--TRIZ~ The final solution improves the removable and maintainability of it. Therefore, the reasonable use of TRIZ theory analysis tools can effectively get a higher level of innovative solutions.
