绿色设计作为一种环境友好型设计理念,对于社会的可持续发展具有重要意义。为了提高机电类产品绿色设计的效率,以TRIZ发明问题解决理论中的冲突解决原理为基础,结合绿色设计理论,通过分析大量机电类产品的绿色设计实例以及产品的环境属性,创建绿色设计类型与TRIZ标准工程参数关联表,缩小表达冲突的参数范围,并建立基于TRIZ的机电产品绿色设计冲突解决模型,最后用传统自行车传动系统的绿色设计实例来验证该冲突解决模型的可行性。
Green design, as a kind of environmental friendly design concept, is of great significance for the sustainable development of society. In order to improve the efficiency of electromechanical products green design, basing on the conflict resolution principle of the theory of TRIZ, combining with the theory of green design, via the analysis of a large number of electromechanieal products green design examples, creating the associative table about green design types and TRIZ standard engineering parameters, narrowing the parameters scope of the conflict expressing, and creating conflict resolution model of electromechanical products green design based on TRIZ. Finally, verifying the feasibility of the conflict resolution model by the example of traditional bicycle green transmission system design.
