TRIZ理论中的冲突矩阵是解决冲突问题的有效创新工具,但是该工具对于设计中经常出现的多冲突问题并未给出求解模式。针对这一问题,深入分析了冲突矩阵的构成特点,探讨了冲突矩阵中发明原理出现频次的统计分析意义,并在此基础上,提出了一种基于TRIZ冲突矩阵的多冲突问题创新设计的快速求解方法,设计并实现了相应的软件工具,最后借助实例验证了这种创新设计方法的可行性。
The conflict matrix in TRIZ is an effective innova- tion tool for contradiction problem solving, but this method fails tooffer multi-contradictions problem solving model which is often found in the design process. To solve this problem, a standard technique contradiction is analyzed in-depth, the significance of statistical analysis, and the frequency of the invention principles in the contradiction matrix are discussed, and a rapid solving method based on TRIZ contradiction matrix for multi-contradictionsproblem solving method is proposed with the aid of statistical anal- ysis technology, and the software tool for this method is designed and realized. Lastly, the feasibility of this innovative design method is demonstrated by an example analysis.
