螺旋挤压装置是影响挤压分离机工作性能的关键部件,为了提高其分离效率,采用两段式变螺距设计方案,设计了一种连续叶片与断齿叶片相结合、具有切割功能的断齿式螺旋挤压器,并对筛网等关键部件进行了结构设计,研制出一种断齿式螺旋挤压装置。以猪粪为原料,以挤出物含水率和挤出固形物产量为考核指标,进行了脱水分离性能试验,并与连续式螺旋挤压分离机进行了性能对比试验。结果表明:断齿式螺旋挤压装置能够大幅度地提高畜禽粪污的分离速度,挤出固形物产量约为460kg/h,挤出物含水率约为60%;与连续式螺旋挤压分离装置相比,具有建压时间短、出料阻力小及高效节能等优点,能够较好地满足畜禽粪污高效分离的生产工艺要求。
In order to improve the work of screw separator, designed a new type Interrupted-whorl screw extrusion de- vice, using transport- extrusion and extrusion-export two sections of the design, increased the effective time of compres- sion and effective compression path. The flight with cutting function was designed, which make the device can quickly discharge . The results show that Interrupted-whorl screw extrusion device separation effect is better , the moisture con- tent of the extrusion is about 60%, which is more higher than the moisture content of continuous screw extrusion device. However, separation efficiency of Interrupted-whorl screw extrusion is 1.63 times than the efficiency of continuous screw extrusion device;Interrupted-whorl screw extrusion device can be fast and efficient separation of high concentration of livestock and poultry dung, extrudate moisture content meet the technological requirements (〈 70% ) , the study for live- stock and poultry waste efficient separation device design and subsequent optimization to improve reference.
