为了解决现有擦鞋机存在的问题,设计了一种以MSP430单片机为控制核心,结合TCS230颜色传感器、光电传感器检测、电机控制技术、语音输出模块以及创新机械结构的智能擦鞋系统。系统结合近似标准的RGB色彩空间转HSV色彩空间算法和独特的硬件结构,实现了全方位自动除尘、智能识别颜色、对应颜色鞋油进行上油、对应颜色鞋刷进行抛光、语音提示的人性化功能。该系统结构创新,具有低功耗、易操作、性能稳定的特点。
In order to solve the problems of shoe polisher, a system based on MSP430 microcontroller is designed. By using TCS230 colorimeter sensors, electro- optic sensors, motor driver module, sounds module and a unique structure. The system has improved models from RGB to HSV color space and unique hardware structure , while it make the system which has functions of a full range of clearing dust, intelligently detect colors, using the result of the color recognition to oil and polish shoes and with voice prompts from be- ginning to end. This system has characteristics of low power consumption, easy to operate and high stability.
