针对高冲击下微构件动态响应特性的经典理论值与实验结果存在较大误差的问题,提出了高冲击下微悬臂梁尺寸效应模型并分析了其动态响应特性。该方法可描述微悬臂梁的弯曲特性、固有特性、动态响应特性的尺寸效应现象。实例分析表明,当微悬臂梁特征尺寸和内禀特征尺寸处于同一量级时,高冲击下微悬臂梁的弯曲挠度、固有频率、动态位移响应均表现出明显的尺寸效应现象,合理地解释了实验结果与经典理论值存在误差较大的问题。
In view of the obvious difference between classical theoretical value and experimental result of dynam-ic response characteristics of micro components under high impact, a size effect model of micro cantilever beam under high impact was put forward, and its dynamic response characteristic was analyzed depend on the theory of strain gradient. The size effect phenomenon about bending properties, inherent characteristics and dynamic response of micro cantilever beam can be described by this method. The results show that the size effect of ben-ding deflection, natural frequency and dynamic displacement response of micro cantilever beam is obvious when characteristic dimension of micro cantilever beam and its intrinsic characteristics size are in the same order, thus, the obvious difference between classical theoretical value and experimental result of dynamic response character-istics can be described reasonably.
