依据需求与技术创新互动的内在机制,构建了包含市场需求规模与产业创新能力两个方程的联立模型,并以我国37个工业行业2006年截面数据为样本进行了实证检验。结果表明:需求规模与产业技术创新之间存在内生关系,市场需求对创新能力具有并不显著的正效应,原因在于我国尚未形成健全的技术创新成果法律保障体系,研发活动也以模仿和消化吸收为主,缺乏有效的自主创新激励;产业创新能力对市场需求规模具有显著的正向影响,说明发明专利所代表的产品质量及性能方面的优越性能够起到刺激市场需求的效果。以促进产业技术创新为目的,应着力突破市场需求因素对创新活动的制约,形成二者互动的良性循环。
Based on the interactive mechanism between market demand and industrial innovation capability, a simultaneous equations model is constructed which involves two equations, namely demand scale and industrial technology innovation. And then the section datum of 37 china sub industries is collected as the sample for an empirical test. The results show that there exists endogenous relationship between demand scale and industrial technology innovation. On one hand, the market demand does not have significant positive effect on innovative ability. The reason may be that China has not yet formed a sound legal protection system of technological innovation. At the same time, research and development activities are dominated by imitation, digestion and absorption, which makes an effective motivation of independent innovation is in urgent need. On the other hand, industrial innovation ability has a significant positive impact on market demand scale, which suggests that the superiority of product quality and performance represented by invention patents could stimulate market demand indeed. To promote the industrial technology innovation,the constraints of market demand factors on innovation activities should be overcome in order to achieve a virtuous circle.
