英文摘要：

The current allocation of biological organization ＂Orga- nization-Environmental Adaptation Mechanism＂, from the study of biological research methods and the main concept of perspective, the mechanism for organizations to build broadly and not specific, did not fully reflect the thinking and methods of Gareth Morgan.
