Seven main aspects of evolution of personal self-actualization are studied and an evolution model is provided. Based on this model, the evolution mechanism of enterprise＇ self-actualization is analyzed and an evolution model is developed. According to this model, the power of enterprise＇ self-actualization roots in the shared-power provided by shared-value, and its evolving processes including six steps： expanding habitual domains, holistic discernment, self-actualization team, core competence, self-actualization system, transformation and innovation. In addition, there are two preconditions and two concomitant conditions.
