为了探索企业自我实现的演化机制,首先研究了个人自我实现的7个主要环节,建立了个人自我实现的演化模型。在此基础上,分析了企业自我实现的演化机制,构建了企业自我实现的过程演化模型。该模型表明,企业自我实现的动力源于共同信念提供的共同驱动力。其演化过程包括拓展习惯域、获得整体洞察力、自我实现团队、自我实现核心能力、自我实现系统、变革与创新6个环节。另外,企业自我实现还有两个先决条件和两个伴随条件。
Seven main aspects of evolution of personal self-actualization are studied and an evolution model is provided. Based on this model, the evolution mechanism of enterprise' self-actualization is analyzed and an evolution model is developed. According to this model, the power of enterprise' self-actualization roots in the shared-power provided by shared-value, and its evolving processes including six steps: expanding habitual domains, holistic discernment, self-actualization team, core competence, self-actualization system, transformation and innovation. In addition, there are two preconditions and two concomitant conditions.
