在企业需要层次理论的基础上,界定了企业自我实现和企业自我实现能力的概念,分析了企业自我实现能力和企业核心能力之间的相关性,建立了企业自我实现能力的结构模型。该模型将企业自我实现能力系统划分为四个层次的子系统,依次为资源、组织力与经营力、伦理力、探索力。对各层子系统所包含的要素进行了分析。
The concepts of enterprise's self-fulfillment and its capability are defined based on the hierarchy of enterprise needs theory,and the relationship between enterprise's self-fulfillment capability and enterprise's core competence is discussed.Then, a structure model of enterprise's self-fulfillment capabilities is established.According to this model, the system of enterprise's self-fulfillment capabilities is composed of four-layer subsystems, namely: resource force; organizational force; business force; ethical force and exploring force. And the elements of each subsystem are analyzed.
