The concepts of enterprise＇s self-fulfillment and its capability are defined based on the hierarchy of enterprise needs theory,and the relationship between enterprise＇s self-fulfillment capability and enterprise＇s core competence is discussed.Then, a structure model of enterprise＇s self-fulfillment capabilities is established.According to this model, the system of enterprise＇s self-fulfillment capabilities is composed of four-layer subsystems, namely： resource force; organizational force; business force; ethical force and exploring force. And the elements of each subsystem are analyzed.
