目的探讨龙利叶的抗过敏作用。方法采用大鼠被动皮肤过敏和致敏豚鼠引喘法,观察龙利叶的抗过敏作用。结果龙利叶能明显抑制大鼠被动皮肤过敏,对豚鼠过敏性支气管痉挛及过敏性休克有对抗作用。结论龙利叶具较好的抗过敏作用。

OBJECTIVE To study the anti-anaphylaxis effects of Longliye.METHODS The effects of Longliye on passive cutaneous anaphylaxis（PCA）in rat,and the effects on asthmatic guinea pig model was established with the ovovalbumin were observed.RESULTS Longliye could inhibit the PCA on rat,and the effects on anti-allergia bronchial spasm and anti-allergic shock on guinea pig.CONCLUSION Longliye has significant inhibitory effects on hypersensitivity reactions.
