Chronic aplastic anemia（CAA） is caused by a variety of causes in Bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells and bone marrow micro-environment seriously damaged,with pancytopenia as the main manifestation of a syndrome.The basic pathogenesis in TCM is considered to be kidney deficiency,kidney not storing the essence,and kidney determining the condition of marrow,marrow not generating blood,and emphasis on＇treatment based on kidney,,so that the results of clinical treatment of chronic aplastic anemia were satisfied.This paper reviewed chronic aplastic anemia from kidney treatment in Chinese medicine theory,Chinese medicine etiology and pathogenesis,treatment based on syndrome differentiation and other aspects.
