The article aims to do the primary culture in vitro of rats＇ adenopituicytes,to observe the living rules of primary pituicytes and determine the most athletic functioning period of GTH cells in pituicytes primarily cultured in vitro.Every day,the cells＇ morphous was observed,the secretory volume of FSH and LH was detected and the experiment of the immunohistochemical stain was done,which lasted five days.The result shows that it is on the 7th day that the morphous of the cells is the best,the hormone secretory volume is the highest and the masculine rate reaches the top.So the most prosperous growing period of rats＇ pituicyte cultured in vitro is the 7th day.
