胃癌的发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,其死亡率位居癌症死因的第2位。国内外许多学者已就胃癌易感性方面的可能因素进行了广泛的探求。其中,肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）、白细胞介素（IL）以及转化生长因子β1（TGF-β1）的单核苷酸多态性（SNP）是备受关注的热点之一。主要就以上三类细胞因子的SNP及其位点在胃癌易感性方面的研究进行了简要综述,以期为胃癌在今后的诊断、治疗及预后方面提供理论依据。

英文摘要：

The incidence of gastric cancer shows an upward trend year by year,The mortality rate is among the first two cause of cancer death. Many scholars at home and abroad has searched extensively for the potential factors for gastric cancer susceptibility. Among them,immune cytokines TNF,IL,TGF-β1 single nucleotide polymorphism is one of the hot area of concern. In this paper,the above three types of cytokine single nucleotide polymorphisms in gastric cancer susceptibility studies are briefly reviewed with a view to the diagnosis of gastric cancer in the future,treatment and prognosis to provide theoretical basis.
