目的:探讨转化生长因子-α(TGF-α)和表皮生长因子受体(EGF-R)的表达水平与肿瘤患者舌苔形成之间的关系。方法:采用ELISA法检测胃腺癌患者不同舌苔组和正常对照组血清中TGF-α的含量;采用免疫组化S.P法检测舌鳞癌患者不同舌苔舌背黏膜组织中EGF—R的表达情况。结果:胃腺癌组血清TGF-α的含量明显低于正常对照组(P〈0.05);从苔色方面分析,胃腺癌白苔组明显低于正常对照组(P〈0.05);从苔质方面分析,胃腺癌厚苔组明显高于正常对照组(P〈0.05),胃腺癌剥苔组明显低于正常对照组(P〈0.05);胃腺癌患者血清TGF-α.的含量黄厚苔组明显高于剥苔组(P〈0.05)。EGF-R在不同舌苔黏膜组织中的表达趋势为:舌鳞癌白薄苔组〉舌鳞癌白厚苔组〉舌鳞癌黄薄苔〉舌鳞癌黄厚苔〉舌鳞癌剥苔和正常对照组。结论:TGF-α和EGF-R表达水平的变化与肿瘤患者舌苔形成有密切的关系,TGF-α可以通过EGF—R机制影响舌苔形成。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the formation of tongue coating in tumor patients and protein levels of TGF-α and EGF-R. Methods: ELISA was used to detect TGF-α concentration in serum in different groups; S-P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of EGF-R in the mucous membrane of the tongue coating. Results:Serum TGF-a content in gastric adenocarcinoma group was significantly lower than that in the controls group (P〈0.05). Analysis of the tongue coating color indicated that serum TGF-α content in gastric adenocarcinoma white coating group was significantly lower than that of controls group (P〈0.05), analysis of the tongue coating natural suggested that serum TGF-a content in gastric adenocarcinoma thick coating group was significantly higher than that of controls group (P〈0.05); gastric adenocarcinoma exfoliating coating group was significantly lower than that of controls group (P〈0.05); gastric adenocarcinoma yellow thick coating group was significantly higher than that of gastric adenocarcinoma exfoliating coating group (P〈0.05). In addition, the expression of EGF-R in tissues showed a descending trendency as follows: tongue squamous carcinoma white thin coating group〉tongue squamous carcinoma white thick coating group 〉 tongue squamous carcinoma yellow thin coating group 〉 tongue squamous carcinoma yellow thick coating group 〉 tongue squamous carcinoma exfoliating coating group and normal coating group. Conclusion: The significant association was found between the formation of tongue coating in tumor patients and the expression of TGF-a and EGF-R. TGF-α most likely affected the formation of tongue coating through EGF- R.
