英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the effects of Icariin on the biomineralization of tooth development in zebrafish.Methods One-month-old zebrafish were divided into two groups randomly.The experimental group was given Icraiin.After 45 days,the pharyngeal arch skeleton was dissected from the zebrafish.The tooth was observed under the scanning electron microscope and the spectrum analysis was made.Results Compared with the control group,the content of Ca of the crown 1/3 and the middle 1/3 of the tooth increased,the content of P reduced and the ratio Ca/P increased in the experimental group.Conclusions There are significant differences between the two groups in the content of Ca,P,and the ratio Ca/P .Icraiin may influence the biomineralization of tooth development in zebrafish.
