目的：探讨EGF和TGF-α影响舌苔形成的分子机制。方法：MTT法、流式细胞术、细胞免疫组化研究EGF和TGF-α对原代大鼠舌背黏膜上皮细胞增殖、周期与凋亡、MAPK信号通路分子表达的影响。结果：EGF和TGF-α对细胞的作用效果类似,但强度不同,差异在于TGF-α刺激细胞有丝分裂的能力更强。结论：EGF和TGF-α是影响舌苔形成的关键分子。
英文摘要：
Objective：To explore the molecular mechanism of EGF and TGF-？？regulating the formation of tongue coatings. Methods：Lingual dorsal epithelial cells were isolated cultured in vitro,MTT method,flow cytometric analysis and immunohisto-chemistry were employed to investigate the cell proliferation,cell cycle distribution and apoptosis,and expressed levels of several key molecules in MAPK signal pathway. Results：EGF and TGF-？？showed similar effects on the lingual dorsal epithelial cells,but the intensity was different. Conclusion：EGF and TGF -？？may be the two key molecules in the formation of tongue coating.
