为提高塔式起重机模拟驾驶系统的逼真度,满足视景仿真系统的要求,利用虚拟现实建模软件Multi Gen Creator,结合塔式起重机自身的结构特点,研究了三维实体建模技术和技巧,建立了塔机三维实体模型,通过模型优化有效地减少了多边形的数量。仿真结果表明这一建模技术有效地减少场景驱动过程中系统资源的开支,增加了系统的实时性,并在仿真系统中取得了良好的仿真效果。
In order to improve fidelity of tower crane driving simulation system and meet real - time requirements by Vega, 3 D solid modeling technology and skills are discussed based on the virtual reality modeling software MultiGen and structural characteristics of tower crane. A 3 D model of tower crane is built and the number of polygons is reduced by opti- mizing the model. Simulation results show that applying of the technology can effectively reduce system resources expenditure in scene - driven process and deliver better real - time performance and simulation effect.
