目的:研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)、转化生长因子β1(transforming growth fac-torβ1,TGFβ1)在病理性瘢痕不同时期中的表达情况,并探讨它们在瘢痕形成中的作用。方法:收集病理性瘢痕患者43例,应用免疫组化SP法检测其瘢痕组织及正常皮肤中bFGF、TGFβ1的表达并进行统计学分析。结果:瘢痕形成晚期的组织bFGF表达水平明显高于瘢痕形成早期,在增殖期瘢痕、成熟期瘢痕的表达显著低于正常皮肤组织,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。但在不同发生时期的瘢痕中,TGFβ1表达水平差异不明显(P〉0.05),而在病理性瘢痕的表达明显高于正常皮肤组织(P〈0.05)。结论:bFGF可能是抑制瘢痕形成的重要因子;TGFβ1可能是瘢痕维持其形态和结构的主要内源性生长因子。
Objective.To study the expression of bFGF and TGFβ1 in pathological scars of different periods and investigate their probable mechanism in scar pathogenesis. Methods:Fourty-three cases of pathological scars were included; immunohistochemisrty was performed to detect the expression and distribution of bFGF and TGFβ1 in scar and normal skin(13 cases) tissues. Results:Expression of bFGF in proliferative phase scar was stronger than that in maturation phase scar and that of bFGF in pathological scar was lower than that in the normal tissue. There were significant differences between them ( P 〈0.05) ; expression of TGFβ1 was not statistically different between proliferative phase scar and maturation phase scar ( P 〉0. 05), but that in pathological scar was stronger than that in the normal (P 〈0.05). Conclusion. bFGF might play an important role in the pathogenesis of pathological scar; and TGFβ1 might be a significant endogenous growth factor in the maintenance of sear configuration and structure.
