在总结理论与试验研究成果的基础上,提出考虑主次结构协同工作的钢筋混凝土框架结构抗震计算分析实用方法,重点分析如何在计算中考虑现浇梁板以及填充墙与主体框架的协同工作性能。以一幢现浇框架结构近代建筑为例,分析考虑主次结构协同工作对既有建筑抗震性能评估的影响。实例分析表明:考虑现浇梁板及填充墙与主体框架的协同工作性能后,充分挖掘了既有结构的刚度与强度潜力,计算的结构刚度明显增大,位移反应明显减小,抗震承载力明显提高,得到的安全性与抗震性能评估结论更加合理并符合实际。
Based on summarizing theoretical and experimental research results, the practical method is presented for seismic analysis of reinforced concrete frames considering interaction between primary and secondary structures, with the emphases on how to consider interaction between cast-in-situ beam-slab system as well as infilled walls and main frames. And then, taking a modern building with cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structure for example, the effects of interaction between primary and secondary structures on seismic appraisal of existing buildings are analyzed. The example analysis shows that after considering the interaction between cast-in-situ beam-slab system as well as infilled walls and main frames, the stiffness and strength potential of existing structures are fully utilized, the computing structural stiffness is increased distinctly, the computing displacement response is declined rapidly, the seismic bearing capacity is improved evidently, and the evaluating conclusions of safety and seismic behavior are more reasonable and accord with the practical effects.
