企业危机发生后不但自身会受到重创，其影响还会波及至行业中其他企业，产生“溢出效应”。溢出效应其实是负面“溢出效应”和正面“竞争效应”共同作用的结果，据此分别提出危机溢出效应的两个重要影响因素，最后用“7·23温州动车追尾事故”数据加以验证。实证结果显示：与危机企业处于同一行业的企业会受到负面溢出效应和正面竞争效应的影响；目标企业的组织结构与危机发生特征越相似，其受到负面溢出效应的影响越强；目标企业与危机企业的竞争关系越强，其受到的竞争效应越强。

Organization crisis does not only effect the organization itself, it also affects the other company in the same industry. We call it ＇spillover effect＇.
