Resources in terms of survival, development, performance plays an important role. As enterprises an important resource in a form, the organization of redundant resources in the enterprise can not be ignored. However, having a different understanding of the different scholars on the role of redundant resources point of view of both positive and negative point of view, this difference was mainly due to the type of research situation and redundant resources.
