为研究圆管一板空腹桁架的节点强度,采用非线性有限元法对节点进行了破坏模式和参数分析.破坏模式考虑了腹板失稳影响.节点模型考虑了五个主要因素:圆管直径、圆管径厚比、腹板宽度与圆管直径比、腹板高宽比和腹板宽厚比.采用均匀设计法分析了腹板分别受轴力、弯矩、轴力与弯矩=三种外力作用时的节点强度.通过统计分析得到了节点破坏模式与模型参数、腹板内力之间的关系.采用回归分析得出了节点的极限承载力计算公式.
To study the strength of the node of vierendeel trusses, the nodal failure modes and parameter analyses were undertaken using nonlinear finite element method. The plate instability is considered in the failure modes. Five factors are considered in the node models. The factors are the pipe diameter, the ratio of the pipe diameter to thickness, the ratio of the pipe diameter to plate width, the ratio of the height to width of the plate, and the ratio of the width to thickness of the plate. The nodal ultimate strength in three loading conditions of the plate is analyzed using uniform design approach. The loads are the axial force, the moment, the composed loading of axial force and moment of the plate. The relationships between the nodal failure modes and the factors, plate internal forces are achieved. The nodal ultimate bearing capacity formulas are proposed by regression analysis.
