With the development of the economic globalization,the speed-up imbalance of regional economic development in our country and the accelerated process of cities,the headquarters economy has vigorously developed,which provides a fresh way for the economic transformation and industrial adjustment.This paper structures the Diamond Model of headquar-ters economy,which includes the infrastructure,the government factors,market factors,human factors and financial factors on the basis of the development of headquarters economy experiences abroad.At last,the paper puts forward the develop-ment of headquarters economy strategy in the light of dialectical.
