土地政策作为宏观调控的重要手段是经济理论的重要创新。对国内外对其进行研究的相关文献进行了梳理和评述,指出目前的研究主要集中在土地政策宏观调控理论依据、目标和任务、调控路径和实施手段、绩效评价等几个方面;并对未来该领域的研究进行了展望。

英文摘要：

As a mean of macro-economy regulation,land policy is an important innovation of economy theories.This article summarizes and reviews on domestic and international study literatures in this field and points out that current literature mostly focus on theoretical proofs,regulated objectives,regulating tasks,regulating path,measures of implementation,performance evaluation and so on.In the end,it gives an outlook of future researches on this field.
