Educational engineers are bridge of linking educational theory and practice and intermediary between educational theorist and practitioner. As mediation of educational theory to practice,they develop and transform educational theory and provide educational practice operational thinking for educational practitioner,which make educational theory return to practice. On the other side,as mediation of educational practice to theory,they generalize educational experience and provide educational facts and theory prototype for educational theorist,which make the educational experience being abstracted into educational theory. Through completing the two aspects tasks,educational engineers achieve the target of linking educational theory and practice.
