硫磺熏蒸在中药材的养护过程中,起到干燥、增白、防虫和防霉变等作用而逐渐取代自然晒干的方式,并已有近百年用于中药材产地加工的历史。然而,硫磺熏蒸用于中药材的加工处理所存在的安全隐患也日益为人们所关注。该文对近年来有关硫磺熏蒸对中药材化学成分、药效和药代动力学的影响及有害物质残留的研究进行初步总结,对硫磺熏蒸中药材的质量现状与质量控制研究进行探讨。
Sulfur- fumigation is increasingly used to replace traditional sun- drying processing procedures in post-harvest handling of some medicinal herbs. Because it has the advantages of shortening the drying time,controlling pests and maintaining a better appearance,sulfur- fumigation has being widely employed for nearly a hundred years in the processing of Chinese herbal medicines. However,due to its uncertain safety,sulfur- based conservation of herbs has generated a great deal of concern. The research status on the effects of sulfur- fumigation on toxicity,chemical profiles,pharmacokinetics,and bioactivities of Chinese herbs was preliminarily summarized to explore the quality control of sulfur- fumigated medicinal materials.
