中药复方配伍机制是中药现代化研究的重要内容,多种药材配伍后煎煮获得的汤剂是临床应用的最基本形式,对其中多种化学成分含量变化的研究是关键。采用色谱质谱联用技术是研究化学成分间作用机制的有效方法之一。本文通过收集近年来国内外的相关文献,从药对、煎煮过程、不同制备方法、药效角度研究中药配伍规律及药效物质基础,进一步认识传统医药的现代科学内涵。

Compatibility mechanism is an important part on modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. Decoctions are basic oral form of prescriptions in clinical, and the investigation on content variations of chemical components are essential. Chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry has been an effective method in chemical interactions. By searching related literatures in recent years, research status on compatibility mechanism from the perspective of herb pairs, decoction process, preparation methods and pharmacokinetic were preliminarily summarized to further understand the modern scientific connotation of traditional medicine.
